During the treatment I apply very gentle pressure to the reflex points on the soles of your feet - there is a reflex point for every area of your body on the soles of your feet, each connected via a subtle energy pathway to the area in the body it represents.

When you first come to see me I will take a full case history in confidence. Then together we will discuss and agree a plan of treatment that is adapted to your individual needs, physical characteristics and personality. At each subsequent visit we will talk about your experiences.
